Set at the renowned Carolines on Broadway, New York's Funniest is a stand-up competition that attracts hundreds of comedians every year for a chance to join the ranks of NYC's comedy elite. From the hundreds who audition in front of industry professional judges, 20 make it to the semifinals, hosted by SNL's Leslie Jones, and 10 move on to the finals, hosted by SNL's Michael Che. The lives of various Latin residents of New York City are depicted. A Puerto Rican family, two Mexicans, and their friends seek fortune without forgetting their roots and traditions.

Circus owner Buck Rand kidnaps Boy to perform in his show. He forces a pilot to fly him, Boy and his animal trainer out of the jungle. Tarzan and Jane follow them to New York.

Follows the travels of 11 year old Juni Kim around New York, visiting the famous city's most interesting attractions.
